Hearing Tests & Evaluations
If you're struggling to hear conversations, turning the TV up too loud, or asking people to repeat themselves often, it’s time for a hearing test. A professional evaluation can determine if you have hearing loss and what solutions work best for you.
A full hearing assessment typically takes 45 minutes to an hour and includes a series of tests to measure how well you hear different sounds and speech.
OHIP does not cover hearing tests for adults. However, we do :-). Our hearing tests are absolutely free for non-work mandated tests. if you have private insurance, No strings attached!
Not all! But if you're happy with our service you can let your doctor know! We know quality health care is invaluable.
Hearing Aids
Choosing the right hearing aid depends on your level of hearing loss, lifestyle, budget, and comfort preferences. We offer a range of options, including invisible hearing aids, Bluetooth-connected devices, rechargeable models, and CROS solutions for single-sided deafness. For more details see our blog here.
Not at all! Modern hearing aids have evolved greatly past those bananas of the past. Our Hearing Aids are discreet, stylish, and nearly invisible. Many fit entirely inside the ear, while others sit discreetly behind the ear and blend with hair or skin tones.
Basic – Great for quiet environments, manual adjustments needed.
Advanced – Background noise reduction, Bluetooth streaming.
Premium – AI-powered sound enhancement, auto-adjusting in all environments.
CROS (Contralateral Routing of Signals) hearing aids help people with single-sided deafness. They pick up sound from the non-hearing ear and transmit it to the hearing ear, allowing you to hear from both sides.
Yes! We offer models that fit comfortably with glasses and masks without interference.
The Assistive Devices Program (ADP) in Ontario covers up to $500 per ear toward hearing aids. Many private insurance plans also provide coverage—we can help you check! We are set up for direct billing from Green Shield and work with all private insurance firms. We will also ensure you have all necessary paperwork for your reimbursement.
Hearing aids range from $1,500 to $5,000 per device, depending on technology and features. We offer great incentives and competitive pricing to ensure you feel more cared for and valued than at the corporate clinics. We also have financing options available.
If you have hearing loss in both ears, two hearing aids provide better balance, improved sound clarity, and a more natural hearing experience. If you have hearing loss in only one ear, a single hearing aid or CROS system may be best. Come in for your free test so we can equip you with the right information to make a decision.
